OUR BREW GUIDE

We recommend storing whole beans out of direct sunlight, and away from heat & moisture, then grinding beans fresh for every brew.  For best results, brew with water heated between 195 and 205F.

Brewing Tips for Pour Over / Drip Coffee / Espresso

+ Grind beans to a medium-coarse (medium-coarse creates a “stronger” taste for a perfect cup of balanced notes).

+ Use 400 ml (13oz) water for every 28g (1oz) of coffee. Adjust to taste. Less water creates a bolder brew, more water creates a lighter brew.

Single Serve Coffee Bags

+ Add Coffee Bag & 8 oz. Hot Water.

+ Steep for 2-3 Minutes.

+ It takes 1 /1/2 – 3 Tablespoons of coffee beans to make a 8 oz cup of coffee depending on how strong you like your coffee.
